Raleigh Coatings have installed a brand new Corona Treatment unit to complement our solvent & waterbased film coating capability on the new coating and laminating line in our bespoke cleanroom.
The unit is a double-sided ceramic electrode type of 8kW total capacity. Electrode air-gap is precisely adjusted by means of handwheels with digital readouts. A quick-change cartridge system allows rapid and tool-free maintenance. Treatment width is 1640mm
We are now equipped to treat LDPE, HDPE, PP, PET and BOPP in-line prior to coating and lamination.
