New 4 camera 100% web inspection sytem up and running

Just a note to say that the new 100% visual web inspection system is installed and commissioned and we are now tuning the unit to our existing customers needs and training our operators in its use.
After subjecting the trial web inspection system to 875,620 linear metres of 100% testing….i.e. the equivalent of inspecting every millimetre of road at 1 foot wide stretching from Glasgow to London and all the way back to our plant at Stafford, 544 miles… we’ve decided it works just fine.
We don’t know of any contract coating, or contract lamination work that won’t benefit from having been the subject of inspection all along the length and width of the product, roll after roll after roll.
The system is tireless in its resolve to pick out even the most tiny blemish at full line speed.
We know our medical device coating and aerospace coating customers will be greatly impressed with roll reports that they can have full confidence in.
