Our cleanroom has been audited and subsequently validated to BS EN ISO 14644-1 ISO Class 7, equivalent to the American Fed Std 209 commonly known as Class 10,000
Those of you familiar with cleanrooms will appreciate that this is a remarkable achievement for such a large room…i.e. one that accommodates an entire coating and laminating line.
We’ve made huge strides in the last few months to ensure we are prepared for any contract coating opportunities from the demanding aerospace and medical industries, concentrating on lowering particle counts, increasing air-change rates and following proper hygiene practices.
