Working with a new customer Raleigh has developed and significantly improved a technique to provide a stripe pattern coating.
Stripes along the length of the web, typically PP or PET film, can be produced with a precise and clean edge. To-date we have produced films with a stripe of uncoated width from 16mm down to 3mm using a solvent acrylic adhesive.
This service is now developed enough to be confidently offered to new customers.
So, if your requirements involve striped coating, in addition to full-width, Raleigh is well placed to trial this in the cleanroom.
